100 Days to Go

100 Days to go till I head off to the wilds of Little Britain. During this time I have to

  • Organise a Visa so that I can work while I am there.
  • Sell or store a house full of stuff. More sell than store I hope.
  • Sell my car and try not to take too much of a financial beating on it.
  • Save all the pennies I can in case it takes some time to get my first job.
  • Organise a place to stay for when I first arrive.

In reality, all I have organised so far is the flight over. I leave on the 23rd of June which is 100 days from today.

Those that read my last blog will recognise the pattern of diet self-abuse which I am going to try and endure for the next 100 days. The basic premise is to reduce calorie intake to the absolute minimum and increase the energy expenditure. With this as the goal, I will be going back to my liquid diet and get minimum of 1 hour of exercise every day for the next 100 days. Anyone feel like we have been here before? I will keep track of my progress in the standard way; milk bottles lost of course.

A summary of my last program, I was on the program for 12 weeks and lost 18 Kg. It has been 3 months since I finished it (fell off) and have put back on 6 Kg. I actually put this weight back on over Christmas and have been holding steady since then.
